Advice? 😪😔

Me && My SO Been TTC Since Dec. No Luck Whatsoever 😪😔 I've Been Having pregnancy Symptoms && Ive Been Testing Like Crazy. All Negatives. Suppose 2 Start My Period On Feb 6th. I Have Really Bad Sore && Sensitive Boobs, Been Feeling Really Nauseous, Threw Up Earlier Today && I've Been An Emotional Wreck 😔 Also I've Been Having Abdominal && Pelvic Pains && Thats Never Happened 2 Me Before Especially When I'm Suppose 2 Get My Period. I'm Already 2 The Point On Giving Up On Trying 2 Concieve My Last Baby. I Get Really Depressed && Stressed Everytime I Get A Negative 😢😪 For Some Reason I Think This Has 2 Do With Me Being Diabetic. I Never Had A Problem TTC My Last 3 Kids. Idk Why I'm Having Trouble Now. My Dr Says I'm Fine && That I Should Be Able 2 Get Pregnant Without A Problem But I'm Losing Hope Here😔 Someone Please Help? 😪😔 TIA
