FEMARA PAIN?!

I just finished my first round of Femara (CD 3-7) and am currently on CD 8. I noticed on CD 6 that I was having some pretty sharp stabbing pains in my uterus area that would come and go but weren't unbearable. CD 7 I had to take pain meds just to get threw my work day and couldn't really sit or move around that well without having pretty severe stabbing pains in my uterus area. It's about 2:30AM on CD 8 and I'm awake due to pain. My question is did any of you ladies experience this type of pain this soon after finishing your Femara dose and if so did you end up with any mature follicles?! Also I still have a pretty heavy flow did any of you experience that symptom as well?!
