Hidradenitis Suppurativa

I have Hidradenitis Suppurativa . Which means I get incredibly painful abcesses , usually under my arms , but alot more lately it's been beside my lady bits . I'm so frustrated . It hurts so bad , and it makes me feel so self conscious .. Even though my fiancee is super supportive when I get a flare up . is there anyone else here with this condition ? How do you deal ? Does anything help you ?
