OPK 5 DAYS IN A ROW AND NEGATIVE ON 6th ?!

Hey all I've been using opks for more then a year now , I've always had a surge of just one or two days never have I ever had a surge from Monday to Friday  when I was supposed to ovulate on a Thursday ! But I started testing on Monday and to my surprise it came back blazing soo much darker then the control line and then from then on they were either equal too or darker then the control line even with out fmu ! I read that it could mean your pregnant but that's only if the lines stay dark leading up to your missed period ? or do I have it all wrong .. Also I read with a long surge it means you can be releasing two eggs ? Please baby Jesus if I had a nice long surge let this finally be our time !! Today is sat and I took an opk and it came back lighter then the test line so I know it's a negative but from Monday to Friday I had positive tests who's had long surges like this?
