what is regular

So I'm 30. Had my period since 14. My "usual" is cramps 2/3 days before. Spotting the morning I start, the two days of hell with cramps that send me to bed for at least half a day. My period usually only lasts 3 days. My flow was usually never "blood scene" and actually on days I wore pads I never "needed" to change it as most seemed to come out in clots when I went to the bathroom. 

Fast forward to this month (well actually a few months now) I get cramps all the time, not bad but just like pre period cramps (which Is why I started using this app).

My period has always been regular also but now seems to be coming a little earlier than expected. I was expecting to start my period tomorrow but it came yesterday. 

Something told me to go to the bathroom and right then it was like a "crime scene" all at once. Never in my 16 years of having my period had that happened. This period I've had to do the tampon and pad & have had to change every 2 hours. Tho surprisingly no cramps!!! I've never had  a period without cramps! The "blood" has also been very liquid. 

I've googled and pretty much says that it's normal... oh colour is Really bright (which is apparently A good thing, but mines always been on the darker side) 

So I guess I just want to see if anyone else has had this happen all of a sudden? Did it happen the following month also?
