allergic baby ?

Hello ladies , ive recently changed my daughters milk and ive noticed these red blotches and little red bumps on her elbows and cheeks and im wondering if it could be that shes allergic to the milk im giving her (enfamil Gentleease) . If your baby has had an allergic reaction to a certain formula please tell me what the symptoms looked like . Id like to hear from other moms before i make the call to her Dr . Thank you 😊
