My boyfriend had a bad dream last night that I got pregnant

And suddenly said this morning that he doesn't want to get me pregnant anymore. Or at least wait awhile. I am devastated!! We had sex last night on cd9, though, and I have short cycles. I am too scared now to test for ovulation. Do you think there is a significant risk enough that I should take the morning-after pill?
