When did you start buy baby stuff?

I waited because we wanted to find out the gender first which we did at 24 weeks. I started buying clothing like sleepers and undershirts whenever I saw a good sale, that way I'd have various sizes. My parents were kind enough to buy the crib, dresser and nursing chair for us -- my dad works for a furniture company, luckily. I mostly waited for sales on the rest of the items (tub, diaper genie, change pad etc). I'm 37+3 today and I'm still waiting on a couple of things I purchased online. This was the first baby in my family in over 10 years and first grandchild for my parents so we needed to purchase a lot of things brand new, which my sister can use once she and her husband start trying.

We're waiting on a stroller and high chair until a little later. It's snowing where I live so I won't get much use out of a stroller until the summer months anyway.

I just started ordering the big items car seat etc I'm 29 weeks (waiting for my baby shower to see what else I need clothing wise) this is my 4th baby (my youngest is 8 so I'm starting all over)

I just started picking up diapers and wipes during my shopping visits to sams club. I haven't bought clothes or such things yet.
