what's real?

Even though it's only been 18 months since I had my son I don't remember what REAL contractions feel like compared to BH. I just remember it going by fast and being in a lot of pain and screaming lol. But with that being said, since last night I've been having painful contractions and REALLY hurt. And when I get them I kind of feel what feels like pressure down there and near my butt. Should I call and ask about these or is that normal?
