Baby is grunting and turning red?

She'll occasionally turn red and grunt but she already pooped today and it was normal consistency. Not sure what she could be doing? This is her slightly red while pushing up on her feet and grunting

Our little man did that for a while, I think he was trying to pass gas, now he is better at it and doesn't turn red anymore.

My son does the same thing when he's mad. I think maybe it's just a way he shows he's angry but I'm not sure

Could be a gas bubble. My LO thinks he has to force it out.

Could still be trying to poop. Some babies poop more than once in a day.
