Breast REDUCTION is the only cosmetic surgery I'd consider getting!!  I don't understand any woman who goes under the knife for ridiculously large implants. If it doesn't look like it could have happened naturally, it doesn't look good

I want my breasts done. Its easy with squats to get a nice booty but you can't do anything yo get your breasts bigger other then to have them done :)

I say implants over a butt lift. You can work out to get a nicer butt. You can't really work out to get bigger boobs. Mine are kinda big anyways but after having a kid, they could be more lifted lol.
