My co workers are so immature all they do is complain. I work with a quite a few women and for the first time in my life ever I am so annoyed and it's created such a hostile work environment. I've expressed it to my managers, we've had meeting but it's still the same non sense. I have 5 sisters so I am so use to different personalities, and also my mother raise me to embrace and treat others who u want to be treated so I am always happy and speak to every one. I get my work done and am often quiet. How ever I feel like I have to be mean and nasty for nothing. I hate the job and want to quit because I can longer deal with the pettiness. I feel like I'm in elementary school.
