Back labor

What exactly does back labor feel like? I've been sooooo crampy in my back and butt all morning. It woke me up about 745 this morning and I tried a bath and getting it rubbed, nothing's working 😓 I'm 33 weeks but high risk for preterm labor. My doctor doesn't think I'll make it past 36-37 weeks. I don't wanna go into our mother baby unit just yet bc i hate being sent home
