gyno an gi doctor

So I need to see a gyno and a gi doctor, I need to go to a gi because I think I may have ibs because I always have issues with my stomach like being backed up an feeling like I need to go when I don't, but I also need to go to a gyno because I think I have bv. So what I was questioning is what doctor should I see first because If I have to be on medication for bv idk if it will effect whatever the gi doctor will have to do not sure I I will need a colonoscopy or not... Can someone who may have som information on such things help me out?
