Depo Provera shot messed up my Af. Am I alone ?

I wouldn't recommend The Depo shot to anyone who plans to ttc in the near future . It's horrible in opinion . It does it job well but it's for someone who is certain that they're done having kids or don't want anymore kids. This was not explained well enough to me . DONT DO IT !

I had the shot given to me dec2012 and had a period for all of January then it was fine but heavy bleeding it took me am exact year to get pregnant again the doctor had warned me that if I got the shot I wouldn't be able to get pregnant for a year he was right

I was on the depo shot when I was 15 and I had to be taken to the hospital because it back me up and they say I had to stop taking it cause it was causing blood clots and I use to have normal periods until I got that shot and after I got of that shot I didn't have a period for a year and now my period are irregular and I flood bad and I have not been able to have a baby and I have been trying and sometimes I wanna give up and sometimes I still think I will have that chance but depo I will not recommend anybody to get that
