They say it doesn't help. But, "they" change their mind sometimes. I think for some people it could help. For instance if you don't have that much ewcm or the boys are farther from the cervix than is ideal. Why not give the boys a head start? The more that are in the race, the better your chances, right? Besides, I like some privacy to clean up after. So I wait anyway while hubby has a shower, and keeping my legs up means I won't have to change the sheets while I wait for my turn in the bathroom.
