Mixed feelings

So got my blood test back today and it's positive! So it was time for him and I to tell family. My Mother was in shock but happy and my father was happy as well. SO's mom told us congratulations and that she was happy for us, even sent me a very nice positive message on Fb. However, just recently saw her newest status update and it makes me feel uneasy. Has anyone else gotten any mix reactions from in-laws or parents? Below is the message and status. Maybe I'm just being too emotional. I maybe over thinking it. Opinions?
