ovulation depression
I've been getting increasly depressed everytime I ovulate. I know hormones are going crazy but I've never felt this horrible around ovulation. Funny thing is, i'm depressed because i'm ready 💯 to have a kid and my fiancé isn't. Any tips?! I've tried relaxing/yoga, bath/bathbombs, working out, breathing, massage, dietary supplements....etc. looking for new ways to unwind so i'm not so down in the dumps. (Cookie dough and ice cream haven't worked either 🤣)
