Help? 😩
Lately I have had two different moods I've felt 24/7: Angry and upset. I swear this is all day long everyday. I have PMDD and depression, but I have NEVER been this out of wack. I know it's hormones, but I feel like I'm going to choke myself. I felt like suicide last night then tonight I feel like beating the shit out of somebody. I don't know how to control this to make myself feel ok. I feel like I'm going to explode because of the extreme highs and lows. It's getting very difficult to handle. Does anyone else have this problem? How'd you handle it? It's also much harder to deal with alone. There is no one I know trying to help me feel better.
