TMI. please help

Alright I need some help ladies. I've got a lot of sores on my private areas. I have little hollow areas with a super thin lining of skin down my buttcrack area outside. And around my pubic area. They are usually full of puss and are super painful. Usually when they pop by themselves or by me picking at them it leaves a hollow scar. I am sexually active and super embarrassed (mainly because I'm scared to get hurt) by these any tips on how to stop this?
