Weight issues.
I'm scared.
I'm stressed.
I'm not sure what to do anymore.
I'm 20.
I'm 5'5" and around 97lbs.
Underweight.
I've always been pretty small. When I was living with my parents about 2 years ago, I ate every meal with the right serving size. I was just over 105lbs. Since then I moved away and started college. Normally when people are stressed out they turn to food but for me I stop eating. I don't do it on purpose I just forget to eat. I make sure I eat at least one meal a day which still isn't healthy. Recently I've been feeling sick and I have a feeling it's because of the lack of nutrition. I don't really want to go to a doctor about it because they are most likely going to have me go to a therapist which I can't afford.
Has anyone else gone through something simular and got better? If so what's your story and/or how did you get better. Also does anyone have any advice? I don't want to get any worse but I feel like I am.
