My only warning is; GET THE RIGHT SIZE, even if it means going up a size or two from your regular size. When I was growing up, all trousers were high waisted, and I would stubbornly squeeze myself into trousers that were maybe a little on the tight side; and I am 100% convinced that's why I have a B-belly (like a fold across my belly button) it looks even worse now I'm pregnant 😱

They're usually fine when you are stood up; the problem arises whe you sit down and it squeezes your middle 😑

Yes!!! They cover your spanx perfectly!!! Say yes to curvy girls in high waist jeans. I'd prefer that than anyone seeing my muffin top and butt crack.. not sexy
