3rd miscarriage in a row

I have had to consecutive miscarriages from Sept-Dec 2016. Found out I was pregnant 1/18/17. Went to the ER on tuesday 1/31/17 for bleeding where I only waited for my blood which came back at 205. Bled heavily and passed what I am sure was the embryo on Friday 2/3/17. Went to the ER Saturday 2/4/17 where they saw nothing on both the abdominal or vaginal ultrasound my blood test showed an increase in the blood it was 275. Has anyone gone through this and had a successful pregnancy?? Any advice, words of support or even the truth as bad as it may be will help me. Thank you so much. Trying for baby #1 after 15 years of being told I wouldn't have any.
