My MIL keeps pointing out that she thinks something is wrong with my sons hearing. He will be 2 in May. We had the regular Dr check and she didn't see any problem. But she keeps bringing up how she thinks there is a problem because he doesn't speak in full sentences clearly.

He says belly button, hi, hello, bye, mama, dada, get, hot.. I have heard boys are slower talking than girl, and TBH, my MIL is kinda starting to get on my nerves with bringing this up Atleast once a week. So should he be talking like she says, or is this okay?

He knows what the potty is, where his snacks are, where we hide our snacks, where his room is, how to turn the TV and fans off and on, etc,... I wouldn't think he has a learning ability. What do y'all think?
