I need some advice please!! spotting?

Hi ladies please I need some help. I'm starting to freak out and idk if I should or shouldn't. I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some red blood mixed in with my discharge. I have no pain, nothing. It just kinda happened. I have 4 weeks 6 days. Is this a concern!? I called my dr and waiting a call back.

Spotting isn't rare, don't panic. I think like 1/4 or 1/5 women spot or bleed through pregnancy, can't remember the exact stat off the top of my head.

If it was just light bleeding/spotting, then I would just call or email your doctor to update them. You're still too early to see anything on an ultrasound, so it's likely that you won't be asked to come in for an ultrasound. Heavy bleeding is concerning, so if that happens then go straight to the hospital.
