Cramping & Bleeding

Hi, I am 4 weeks 6 days today. I started cramping and spotting yesterday. Brownish blood very light spotting. Today I woke up and it's bright red and a light/medium flow. Almost like I started my period. Cramps are mild/medium. Should I be concerned? Has this happened to anyone else?
