Anyone else? Pain

Anyone else experiencing pain/discomfort in there lower abdomen around to their back? I woke up 3 times last night with this pain on my right side around to the right side of my back? I'm only 4w4d. Can anyone tell me what this could be? So terrified I'm having a miscarriage

I'm having the same right side pain and a very tiny amount of dark brown bleeding. It's making me super worried.

Having abdominal cramps are pretty normal your baby is taking over and your body is just doing its thing. No bleeding then you're fine. Take it easy relax and don't stress!:)

I'm in pain too. Ache and honestly it feels like the worst of my period backaches.  
No bleeding. It's all normal, though unpleasant.
