It's looks like a vvvfl...but as the previous reply said blue tests are Notorious for evap lines ect.. I'd definitely go buy a pink dye test and retest.  Do not buy digital as they don't pick up hormone until it's much higher.  This test definitely looks promising ♡♡

Vvvfl!! However these blue dye test aren't reliable so try one with pink dye!
