To the moms dealing with infant reflux...

How do you cope?? Basically her meds don't work and everything I've read and tried she will just need to be held upright until this goes away in however many months. How is that even possible or sustainable. 😢 I don't want her to be uncomfortable for even a minute but I need sleep too. I don't know how to manage this
