Pregnancy symptom?

I recently stopped taking my birth control pill in the beginning of Jan. I'm due for my period next week. Since last week, my boobs have been incredibly sore and even my nipples have been so sensitive. When I take a shower the water hitting them even hurt. I was experiencing cramping a few days last week. I have no idea if it could just be my body adjusting to being off the pill or if I could be pregnant? I am only 7 days post ovulating so I didn't even know if it's possible to already be feelings these symptoms? I'm not getting my hopes up that I'm pregnant Bc I just got off the pill my body could be out of whack but I've never experienced cramping like that randomly and def have never experienced my nipples being SOOO sensitive. Any thoughts?
