husband left me sick in bed to go to his family's house? am I wrong for being upset?

He goes there often in the first place. 5-6 times a week he'll stop in and visit, go do some sporting activities with his dad and everyone else.. so he does see them.

His wife however just had a horrible week at work, major decisions to make as far as a possible job offer and on top of it all I'm sick as a dog.
I'm in bed half asleep and he's over there... I missed him all day and his answer is I can come over there too...

I just wanted him home.. but they're just beyond so important that now I don't have him when I needed him to listen and care for me for a little bit, because I've barely seen him all week because of our schedules... it's our only evening together for the rest of the upcoming week and I'm ugh so annoyed.

I'm half asleep rn because I'm just so exhausted in resting but not actually sleeping..
And I told him I really needed to be with him today to talk and he said I can come to his family's..

I mean if you're asleep why should it matter? I wouldn't want my husband to be bored while I slept all day.

Have you actually voiced this to him? He might think that you just want some peace and quiet and alone time to rest. He can't read your mind. He may think he's helping you. If you want him home, tell him that.

I mean I could see where you would be upset if you had a child to look after and he left you there with the child, but if your gonna be in bed sleeping on and off the whole time I would leave too.

I think we women can be a bit crazy at times - Ive been sick all week too - and with that being said (as independent and busy as I could get) Ive been the biggest hormonal baby possible this weekend!! I just caught and checked myself before I started nagging on something so irrelevant and petty - lol 😂.

Go get cleaned up, text him something flirty with a pic of you in bed and Im sure he will prance home!! 😉

When I'm sick and tired, I'm glad when my SO leaves and isn't trying to talk me into feeling better. Hell, I send him on errands just to get some peace. As long as I get my cure (Thera Flu+juice from an 🍊 + a tablespoon of raw honey +a double shot of brandy), before he leaves, in all good. Try my "cure" and turn on Netflix, you'll forget he ever left.

Talk to him about it. I can totally understand that u want him home if your not feeling well. It's nice to be comforted when u are sick . I'd tell him how u feel and ask him to be more considerate of the way u feel
