headed back to work... HELP!!!
So I'm headed back to work and my LO cries with everyone when I'm not around... even her dad 😢😢 . Dad will watch her mon tues... mom will watch her wed- Friday... please any advice to help her better transition? I mean she cries so hard until she can't cry no more and it's heartbreaking!!! 😢😢
