I Can't Be The Only One?!

Please, if anyone has the same problem as me, speak up. I'm in desperate need to find someone who suffers with the same thing I do.
In 2013 I had my first serious UTI. Symptoms that came with it were sweating, goosebumps, frequent urge to urinate, the need to stay in warm/hot temperatures (hot car or shower) for long periods of time.
I had it treated and it went away. But I had the same feeling multiple times again in that year and have again and again since then. 2016 was the first year in which I have not had the pain (which feels like someone constantly pushing on my g spot and burning during urination) constantly day after day.
I have been tested for STIs, I've been checked for infections every time I went to a doctor. I was told to start the pill to stop it (no luck). I've been prescribed antibiotics I never took because I know now this is no mere infection. In 2016 I had surgery to determine if it was endometriosis and had all tests come up negative. Since then I had another bout of pain in September that I ignored which lead to a very scary blood infection that made me really sick.
Doctors have not diagnosed me. They have no idea what it is. I've just had to deal with it for the last 4 years. It makes me irritable, I get flushed, clothes become a huge burden. I hole myself up and wait for the pain and pressure to pass. I have muscle spasms in and around my vagina that I can't control. Peeing makes my skin crawl and my eyes water. It has and is ruining my sex life. Sometimes I can deal with it for an hour. Sometimes it doesn't go away for days. I've tried to find a probability on google and found nothing quite fits the bill. It's not associated with sex or my period or any kind of contraceptive. There's nothing indicated to trigger it or 'fix' it, as it often goes away by itself.
Please, if anyone experiences something similar- tell me, so I know I'm not crazy!
