colic, gas, and reflux

Anyone else have this deadly combo? I've cried twice today already.. we're switching from BM to formula since I'm going back to work. We're on half enfamil gentlease and half BM but he's so gassy, crying, and has silent reflux (on Zantac for it). What formulas have you had success with? Is this normal when transitioning? I am already putting gas drops in his bottles.
