Am I a bad person!!?

I really really want a baby,me and my partner have talked about it,but I'm not getting a solid answer from him. I'm 22 and he's 19 and we've been together nearlly 1 year,I feel like I'm forcing him in to doing this,but he tells me I'm not & that he wants a baby. Should we wait a little bit longer and until we are 100% financially stable?
