confused

So my family thinks I'm pregnant 🤰🏽 because my belly button has been hurting but I'm not round and I've had all my periods I haven't gained any weight but I have been hungry a lot and extremely sexually frustrated I had sex on Tuesday but he didn't cum or anything so I don't believe I could be pregnant but my fertility didn't start until Wednesday idk but my belly button has been hurting since then what do you think My next period isn't for another week though so idk
