Acid Reflux?

Question

Does acid reflux cause you to wake up with a uncomfortable/upset stomach every morning? and if you have acid reflux can you please explain your symptoms because I think that's what I have even tho i'm getting it checked out tm

I constantly feel the burning coming up my throat. Everyday. I wake up in the middle of the night with such burning I have to get up and drink milk. A LOT. I take Zantac everyday too. I often accidentally throw up in my mouth and it's like acid coming up. I also burp a lot and feel like I'm going to be sick and have constant sore throats. I am going to see my doctor about it because you can develop a lot of problems from constant untreated acid reflux like cancer unfortunately. You should see your doctor and I hope you feel better!

I was in a lot of pain. I would wake up like I haven't eaten in months. I would get this nasty taste in my mouth and I couldn't eat nothing after that...my throw up was like a fade yellowish color,  it sent me to the ER....

That sounds like gerd. It's partner is acid reflux. My doctor put me omeperzole. Haven't had an issue since except this morning cause I had pineapple last night and I think it interfered with the medication.  It it was at kitten levels so I still consider it a win. My symptoms were bad heartburn with acidic burps that would cook my throat. Also an annoying dry cough. I would wake up to pain and agony unable to go back to sleep. Now nothing. I'm loving it. No burns no cough no heartburn nothing.

It not too bad when I wake up, but it's horrible at night when I'm laying down to go to sleep. It makes my throat burn, it makes me burp, and sometimes when it's really bad it causes me to throw up. You can try tums, but they don't work very well for me so I take Zantac which is over the counter.

Idk if it ever woke me up in the mornings , but with my acid reflux my stomach would just burn a lot and it always felt like something was stuck in my throat.  But I take zantac and those seem to really help

Yup that used to happen to me, It literally made me throw up yellowish bile in the mornings. I took nexium and it solved the problem.
