10 months and still waking at 2-5am :( help

Adalynn used to sleep through the night, now she's 10 months old and will wake between 2-5am and cry and scream. I've tried rocking her to sleep and she just keeps screaming and crying. So I cave in and give her a bottle 😩 I know she doesn't need the nutrition at night anymore but what can I do to make her stop waking?! Let her cry it out? 😭 please send me some advice
