Triphasic shift?

Hi guys, is this too early for a triphasic (possible pregnancy) shift?

A true triphasic chart shows a second temp jump at 7-10dpo (corresponding with implantation). 3 dpo is too early to be considered triphasic based on those rules but your chart looks good. Good luck!

No not triphasic. It's too early for that plus a triphasic shift doesn't mean much. It can happen whether you conceived or not. There's a clear shift showing ovulation so that's all looking good.

Thanks guys! FF says my O day was Day 16. I had two positive opk's on day 16 & 17. Glow says I o'd day 17. So confusing. I feel that I had o cramps late on day 16 and again morning day 17 (????)
