sex three times a month ? normal!?

Me and my fiancé are both 26 years old. We have a 4.5 month old baby girl. When we first started dating he wanted sex all the time, and now nov, dec, Jan we only had sex three times a month!? I think we should be having wayyy more sex than that! He says he loves me but were aren't ever intimate.. Is it me? Is three times a month normal? Oh , and I will see porn on his phone sooo maybe it is me? Starting to get a complex :/
