My cousin has this very same thing and they did a biopsy to see if it was cancer. It wasn't but they didn't know what it actually was. I would go see your doc to rule out cancer to be on the safe side.

Those are freckles. Just like freckles and moles on our skin, they can be malignant or not. Always good to check!
