Help!!!!

So my boyfriend and I were experimenting last night, tried to do anal but it hurt so we stopped, but today I used the bathroom and after I wiped there was blood from my anus, I'm scared I could get an infection, does anyone know if this is serious or not???? Really worried, and I was at school and too embarassed to visit the nurse or tell my mom but I told my boyfriend
