am I infertile?

I know this is probably really stupid but when I was sixteen/ seventeen I had anorxia and I didn't have my period for nine months due to being severely under weight and I never went to the doctor to get everything checked out. I also drank a lot of diet sodas and I know those aren't good for you and Splenda can cause infertility. I have major anxiety over this entire situation and I would like to know or have opinions on if I could be or if I'm over reacting.
