Religious Preference

So yesterday I had to go to ER because I had been vomiting excessively for the past 3 weeks. This man comes in with a computer to continue registration and then proceeds to ask my what my religion preference is. I have NEVER been asked that question and so I was a little surprised. I even hesitated for a moment before replying Muslim, almost in a whisper. This is like the 5th time in the same ER. What do you guys think?
