I feel so lucky rn
I'm trying to lose weight, and I had actually been doing fairly well, down 15 pounds! But then I started making little excuses and long story short I pretty much failed my diet for about 20 days. I finally made up my mind to get back on the horse, and for me, part of that was figuring out what the damage was. So I got on the scale, expecting to have regained the weight I lost and possibly even have put on a few extra, and I am so happy to say that I only gained back 3 pounds! I'm pretty much over the moon about this, mostly because I was so terrified of what could have happened in that time that it became part of the reason that I wasn't restarting the diet.
