Body acne

My baby shower is this Sunday, I'll be 36 weeks & unfortuanlty this pregnancy has brought me horrible acne on my shoulders/back, my dress, that I am in loveeee with, shows my shoulders. Anyone know an easy fast way to clear up acne on shoulders? I've tried head & shoulders, hasn't worked yet but I'll keep trying. I really don't care if it comes back lol I just want it gone for Sunday :(
