Is using a menstrual cup with a heavy flow ok?
I have a very heavy flow during my first day and I have school. Its hard to use the restroom so I use super tampons even though they're huge (for me)
I'm thinking of buying a moon cup or a diva cup. How long can I have it in for on a heavy day?
