Has anyone had an issue with oversupply an forceful let down an constant I mean everyday clogged ducts.... my breast are constantly huge an hard as rocks with Little Rock's all over an I've massaged them repeatedly but the only thing to really help is if I pick up my whole breast an squeeze an no joke it comes out like a shower head it's ridiculous this is my first child I had my milk in three months before she was born an even in the hospital the nurses were like wow you have enough milk for two babies .... I just want to know how to reduce my supply cause honestly I feel like a human cow. Can anyone help has anyone have similar problems or anything?
