Ttc and jealousy

My life has been crazy here lately and me and my so have been TTC for almost a year. now although he has not been well the last 4 months but I just want to get this off my chest. I would love a child and so would he. We love each other and want to bring a child into this world together and we keep trying and receiving nothing but it seems like everytime I open my Facebook someone is knocked up by a different baby daddy. Why does it come so easy for them? It's like they think about sex and boom there pregnant.
