Hello girls, quick question for you guys. I have been feeling period pain for a few days now, without the actual period coming. The pain is constant and I wanted to know if any of you guys had any tips on how to quick start your period. There is no way I am pregnant (my SO and I haven't been intimate in over a year because we are long distance). So let me know guys! Thanks!!

whenever I know I'm going to start soon I have really hard sex... The deeper, faster, and harder; the better. I usually start the next morning or during the night after that. Idk why but it almost always works lol

You can look up vit  c. It is where u take up to 6000 mg of vit c without rosehip during the day like every hour of 1000 mg til you hit 6000 mg. And u can brew palsey tea.
